Need a full walk plus feeding and playtime? Book the 45-minute Extended visit for $50.
Travel within the core service area is included. Requests outside the area may carry a travel fee or be declined based on availability.

The standard rate is charged for each pet with routine care needs. A complimentary meet-and-greet is required before your first booking so we can discuss your pet's routine, confirm overnight and daytime-care needs, and make sure we're a good fit.
Puppy care, time-sensitive medication, or a demanding routine starts at $150 per pet, per night. Holiday care and near-constant supervision are priced separately.
Standard house sitting is overnight care, not continuous 24-hour supervision. I may leave during the day for other scheduled visits and personal or pet-care responsibilities. Your pet's maximum time alone and complete price are agreed before booking.

I created Kai'sPawCare to give local pet parents something simple: a familiar, dependable person who gets to know their pets.
Mikaya completed Veterinary Medical Assisting training through Wilson Technological Center/Western Suffolk BOCES and brings hands-on experience from professional pet-care environments, including pet hotel and grooming salon work.

What areas do you serve?+
I'm based in Huntington Station and serve nearby neighborhoods. Each request is confirmed based on distance, timing, and my current route.
Is a meet & greet required?+
Yes. Before the first booking, we'll make sure your dog is comfortable, review their routine, discuss home access, and confirm that the service is a safe fit.
Can you walk more than one dog?+
Dogs from the same household may be walked together when it is safe and comfortable for them. Rates are charged per pet, so each dog is charged the listed rate whether they walk together or separately.
What does cat care include?+
Cat-care visits can include feeding, fresh water, litter-box care, playtime, and photo updates. Availability is confirmed based on distance, timing, and the number of visits needed.
What is included in a dog drop-in visit?+
A 30-minute local drop-in is $35 per pet, per visit and can include a quick potty break, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and a photo update. It does not include a full neighborhood walk. Drop-ins are accepted based on location, timing, and my current route.
What does overnight sitting include?+
Overnight sitting takes place in your home. Standard care is $125 per pet, per night and includes overnight companionship, feeding, fresh water, routine potty breaks or walks, playtime, and photo or video updates. Standard care is not continuous 24-hour supervision; your pet's routine, maximum time alone, and any special-care pricing are agreed before booking.
Do you require vaccination records?+
Current vaccination and health information will be reviewed during intake so I can care for your dog safely and follow their veterinarian's guidance.
When is payment due?+
Full payment is required in advance. A booking is not confirmed and dates are not reserved until payment is received. Recurring services are prepaid before the upcoming service week begins.
